Thank you for shopping with us. Due to the personal nature of perfume products, we have specific guidelines to ensure the safety, hygiene, and fairness of our return process.
📦 Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions: Unopened and unused In its original packaging, with the seal intact Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase Return requested within 14 days of delivery Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used perfumes.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for: Opened or used perfumes Items marked as final sale or promotional giveaways Gift cards or digital purchases
📩 How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at tcuperfumes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns must be approved before being shipped. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will provide: A return shipping address A shipping label, if applicable Instructions on how to return your item
🔍 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
♻️ Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return the unopened product (if eligible) and place a new order.
🌐 European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, as long as the item is unopened, unused, and in original condition.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at tcuperfumes@gmail.com.

If USPS tracking confirms delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting USPS directly in such cases.
